Drive Clutch disassembly pictures
I got my drive clutch apart & thought I would post some pictures, Seems there are not replacement parts except for the spring.
Once you remove the dust cover you can remove & inspect the spring. Mine was in 2 pieces. Next you have to remove the top section. This requires an impact gun & home made socket. The socket was made from a K&D spanner socket I had. One the top piece is removed you can inspect the rollers. I had 1 roller set that fell out. The ID of the roller was egg shaped & the pin fell out. There are some buttons on the outside that slide on the top piece. |

Re: Drive Clutch disassembly pictures
That looks like a Comet clutch, if it is Denis Kirk snowmobile parts has a ton of parts.
