It is not illegal for you to "send" service manuals. What YOU are doing that is illegal is making copies of service manuals, and/or putting them on CD and selling the copies. (unless you have permission from the copyright holder you can't do that as far as I know.) It doesn't matter if your making a dime or not. You don't own the rights to it, you can't make copies and sell it. My best suggestion to you is to quit incriminating yourself any further.
