Wtb: Yamaha g14 rear diff
Hey everyone, looking for a complete rear or just center section or transmission area for a G14.
actually just need the transmission gears area but will buy it all if easier. Mine is toast and cant find individual parts for it. Please let me know if you have or know of one. Thanks, Mitch |

Re: Wtb: Yamaha g14 rear diff
You should define if you need the 96 G14 dana unit as the later carts use this one or the earlier 95 G14 yamaha unit used by the G2's up to the early G14.

It sure what to call it but is a spicer unit with the differential cover on the back. If that helps. Mitch

Re: Wtb: Yamaha g14 rear diff
You are right, car looking cover on the back. Would the older style work?

Re: Wtb: Yamaha g14 rear diff
We need a yamaha expert to say if the earlier unit G14 is a bolt in into the later G14. The axles and hubs along with the brakes are different. Don't know what ball has to be changed. My cart has the early unit and I learned the hard way about ordering parts. Most vendors seem to assume you have the later G14 in their listings.
