![]() Looking for a newer cart, I see many 2017 & up RXVs that say factory lithium battery. Is there any way to tell how much life is left in a pack, or how long does the factory battery packs usually last? I think most of these carts are former Golf country club fleet carts not individually owned.

![]() Not without a controlled capacity test. A controlled capacity test will measure the capacity a battery can hold. It will definitely be less than it’s rated capacity but by how mush depends on how it’s been treated during its life, how many recharge cycles it has, storage and operating temperature etc. The chemical composition also makes a difference.
A well treated lithium battery can last a decade or more. |

![]() The factory lithium packs are really high quality, theres a reason they can offer an 8 year warranty!
If you have a handset or 1314 you can look at the battery history in the monitor menu. Number of charge cycles or cumulation amp hours would give an indication of how used it was. |
