1268-5403 Wiring Diagram- Star
I have a Tech working on a 2010 Star with a Curtis 1268-5403. The controller is not powering up. The cart originally had a bad voltage reducer and didnt have anything on the 12 volt side. We replaced the voltage reducer got the 12 volt but cant get the cart to run. Anyone have a wiring diagram for this Curtis 1268-5403?

Controller powering up isn't to do with your 12v side. Thats a separate power circuit. Download the curtis 1268 manual and check your pinouts for power into the controller power out and your ground. I know old post but sometime the information will help others that are looking.

THAT!, is the one I've been trying to find. 2010 Star keeps giving a "welded main" code even with a new solenoid, Now I can run the harness and see if the controller is bad or I have a crap connection somewhere. (yes I am aware the posting is quite old) |
