Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Looks good! In the FWIW department, Lazy Life covers come with a package of "filler foam" for worn sagging corners.

Lazy Life is the absolute best. They're known for their superior quality, and they're about 5 minutes from my house. I use them for their services often.

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
I'm,,,, not so close. But I ordered on New Years eve as I had a coupon from Ebay to use up and there was a mixup in my order. They sent 2 piece backs and my seat was one piece. Sent an email and he called back on a Sunday to straighten out the order. Thanked him for the quick reply and allayed his fears for calling on the sabbath as I work on [Sunday] too. Sent me a whole new seat cover to fit my carriage and told me to keep/sell the first one. That's stand up service in my books!

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Just put Swamp Lite 22x8x10s on the front and 22x11x10 on the rear of my DS. 3" Jakes Spindle with a 1" block up front.....EVERYTHING fits fine with no rubbing issues! Thing is a beast "AMD BEAST" motor also installed.....25mph with a torque motor is exciting! The cart was a stock 36 coil rig before I put one of Scott's 48 volt conversion. Once I get the 2gauge and reversing contractor installed and out the closet it'll be DONE!

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Installed stand alone 12v lithium battery and LEDs.
I also installed my new amp under the seat with the fuse block and relay for the 12v setup. I'm going to start a new thread on the stereo build when it's done. Hopefully tomorrow Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Installed this grab bar. But the most exciting thing was ordering my Alltrax 500 from Dave at Revolution. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Is your grab bar easily removable in case you want to haul something? 500 amps should really wake her up!
