Default 212 PREDATOR Clutch

I got a 212 cc engine for a go kart I'm rebuilding & need a clutch.What's the difference between a $35 one & a $75 one? It will just be a yard cart.hookm

Not sure but I do know the cheap ones burn up or don't last as well. If you offroad it the tav2 might work better then you have some low gears like a golf cart....which is much more comfy to tool around in, lol. I been wanting to take that $99 coupon in but nothing to put the thing in yet! And I want to save for another GC.

I am building a tav2 and 212 predator cart now. I looked online and couldn't find anybody who was happy with the 212 and a normal clutch. Once you go tav2 ($120 on auction sites) then they all seem happy, assuming you are building a full sized golf cart.

If you are building a smaller cart, then the regular clutch may work.

Good luck,

60 to 160 for a torque converter is the only way to go if you want it to last more than a day , most people don't know how to operate a cent clutch correctly its either full throttle or nothing anything in between is wear you cannot toot around at 5 mph or it will burn up in 20 minutes, and dont forget you need to tweak a predator, using it out of the box without adjusting the carb and getting rid of that chinese spark plug is asking for headaches.
