Default 2006 G22E not moving w/new batteries

Hi all, my 2006 G22E that I recently acquired from a friend who left the island was working fine and then one day it stopped working, the Trojan batteries were done. Batteries here cost $2500 (import duties are high) but I lucked out as my next door neighbor was ordering some for his Yamaha cart and he was bringing them in with building materials so I jumped in and we bought them in the US (US Battery brand).

We put his in and his cart worked, we put mine in and it didn’t work. I also purchased a new Trombetta solenoid as the old one was quite corroded as we live by the ocean and a new pedal switch.

Assessment:
1. Each individual battery has perfect voltage.
2. 53V all in.
3. Solenoid cycles/clicks when I turn the key to on or the switch to run from tow.
4. Reverse buzzer works.
5. The positive battery cable seems dark in color close to the post and my friend said a Trojan battery post had burned into the battery and that cable had gotten slightly toasted but it looks fine visually.

What should I do now? I am currently in the US and would like to get some must have parts here as it’s a pain and very expensive to get them sent there. Any help appreciated.

Not being able to be at the vehicle for testing is crippling any ability to tell you much. At least get some cable ends, so if you do determine a cable is an issue, you can replace an end.

Check voltage at controller terminals B+ & B-, with key off, and again after solenoid click.

I’m assuming the wiring diagram is in this site somewhere.

I’ll be home next week so I will check then. Thanks again

Hi All, I am back home now, what can I begin to check?

I charged the batteries, same as before. Lights work, buzzer works in reverse, solenoid clicks loudly when key is set to on and when pressing the accelerator but it goes nowhere.

I’ll take a look at controller and find what you’re mentioning assuming no diagram is needed to find the terminal?

I only see A1 and A2 (POS and NEG). I also see F1 and F2.
