Hi Mike from D&D Motor Systems - We manufactured most of the DC Polaris Breeze motors and still sell them if anyone needs them. I'm sure we have a compatible controller in stock also if you need one of those.

Be Well All.

Funny... I was all but begging you last year for a replacement, and the response was that you could not directly sell to me. I could not find the motor from any Polaris dealer. It took almost 6 months before you even offered a comparable motor. I guess your deal with Polaris ended.

AGPFL I recently just got my hands on a polaris breeze with a burnt up controller. I have been in the market for a new one but without much luck. How was the conversion to alltrax?

The conversion is a real pain. I requires accessing the wiring harness in a couple locations to make modifications and splices. You also have to cut out the old connector and all of the TIM wiring and build a new connector. The first 2 times, I completely removed the wiring harness form the cart (which required removing the top part of the cart). The last time I still had to remove the rear body to access the harness, but was able to leave the harness in place.

If you are looking for a controller, I will have a used one available shortly. I just picked up another Breeze last week. It was not running, but that was due to a failed solenoid and run/tow switch.

Hello,
Any chance you still have one of the Polaris Breeze TIM adapters.
Thank you.
