EZGO/Jacobsen Utility Cart
1995? Jacobsen 810 utility cart project
Good big block candidate, lots of room in the engine bay. Believe its based on Ezgo Marathon Chassis. It's the long wheelbase like the Workhorse. Has the factory bed and steel diamond plate body. 295cc Robin engine, not running, and the ME29 transaxle with reverse and coil spring suspension. Has a factory 2" hitch and has provisions for an electric bed lift cylinder. The bed is manual dump and works fine. Was bought new, used, maintained, and retired by a local municipality. The cart rolls and changes gears. Has a little rust here and there, nothing major. It appears mostly complete. Needs some minor things repaired, like ignition switch, lights hooked up. Not sure the condition of the engine, assuming it needs rebuilt. Parking brake does set and lock and unlock. Steering seems tight. $700 you pick up in Medina, Ohio 44256 I can deliver for a fee. (Does not include the wheels/tires shown, but will come with some mismatch tires/wheels to get it rolling onto your trailer.) |

Re: EZGO/Jacobsen Utility Cart
Yea it don’t have to be anything special, don’t have to have a body either unless it’s in great shape, I was going to use my 08 club car but hate to use it for a big block build

Re: EZGO/Jacobsen Utility Cart
Can you post a picture of the rear suspension? Maybe from the rear, just one side? Looks to be coil spring and separate shock. What keeps the rear end from swaying? Is there some sort of panhard bar? Curious if its liftable, and if a lift is available for it.
