93 Club Car DS wont run - V-glide issue???
I have a 93 Club Car DS that was sent in for repairs about 3 years ago. I had a local shop install new Resistor Board and coils, new v glide, all new wires, new solenoid, and new batteries. Everything worked fine for about 1 year then I started noticing the golf cart stalling when it hits the first plate. Then shortly, the whole v-glide quit working. Does anybody have any recommendations on how to troubleshoot this issue before I purchase the parts?

I'm afraid you are beating a dead horse.
Convert it to solid state or forever repair failure after failure. |

I have one in working order.....but I broke the bottom mounting area when I took it off converting to Solid state. It's yours if you want it.

Re: 93 Club Car DS wont run - V-glide issue???
yes it is easy to replace
it looks like it was the arm not being tight to v-glide i do agree with scottyb that a solid state conversion s a good idea |

Re: 93 Club Car DS wont run - V-glide issue???
Thanks for all of the advice. This cart is a ds with resistor coils and doesn't have a controller. Can you convert these into a solid state? I called a local shop and asked them if they could do it for me. They said that you can't convert the old Resistor coil club carts to a solid state but it apears that you can from what I saw online.
