cart wont run

i have a 2000 ezgo txt and it all of a sudden quit running. i just got the cart and it has a programable speed control box. when ever i hit the gas to go the led light blinks green everything looks good all connection look good the soloenoid does not click when i hit the gas the only thing that happens is that light blinks green but whenever i let off the gas it stops blinking. Any help?? thanks

It is blinking a code. It should blink X number of times to identify which throttle input it is programmed for and then as you depress the gas it should turn solid green. How many flashes is it giving?
It won't go solid unless the solenoid clicks.
