new power package install
i got the white spring, machined sheath, and the sever duty Kevlar belt and installed it today. all i can say is WOW. For everyone saying they didnt notice anything, thanks. i had low expectations and it is night and day difference. Hit the gas and it felt like when you put your pick-up in 4 low. The top end is still great too. I drove it across the street and went as slow as i could up my neighbors cement steps(4) and it pulled right up with ease. Holy $#!* balls. I cant wait til saturday to really go tear it up. its like a different cart, it evens sounds way better. very pumped!!!!!

Re: new power package install
I've used the machined sheave and can tell you it works on a stock cart and on a clone cart (G9). It has a lower gear when it starts. I just bought that HD belt and posted about it, because it is higher in the clutch than a stock belt. But my engine is out right now so I can't try it. It may stick way out of a machined sheave. I've never run a spring though, I just made mine a little longer lol. I also machined my ramps a little so it gets more rpm at low speeds, as I had to pull boats out of a lake and other trailers. So now I am putting a machined sheave on my cart with the HD belt, stock spring, and a clone engine I'll post how it works compared to the other clone I did with just the machined secondary. I also did some work on the primary. I was thinking of the limo yamaha spring, they say you don't really need a spring with a clone/BB but that is still a stock part sort of.
Thanks for posting, that belt really is different its wider. |

I used the Plowman's kit and it really helped my G1. I'd recommend it to anyone. Should see a difference on any cart.
