If we come down, that's 8 carts from this forum. I'm trying to talk Momma into it. While we are there, we should get together somewhere just to put names with faces. You know, kinda like a meet and greet. I'm new to this and would like to meet others who are like minded. What do you guys think?

Would you believe I am going to miss bike rally next weekend and the drag races in Pageland the next? Have to over-see BIG cutovers in Wilmington both weeks. Only chance is to head from Wilmington with no sleep both Saturdays! (at my age???)

hopefully we'll be able to make it down for the weekend, sounds like it'll be a fun time. We're only about 2-2.5 hrs away.

The trip for us will be 4 hours but we do that a lot so it isn't really that bad. Anybody up for a good burger at River City in Merrills Inlet? We could go on Sat. night after the cart show.

Have you tried the River City at the Surfside Pier? It is closer to OLC.

You're right but parking is a pain in the Rear-end. I like the one at Merrill's Inlet better, however, I have ridden my golf cart from OLC to the one at the pier. (Just have to watch for the "authorities!!)

Well guys, I don't guess I'm going to make it this time! My doctor told me yesterday that I needed to have my knee replacement replaced. It's been hurting for a long time, had it x-rayed and had a bone scan done. It seems that the glue used in this procedure never set up so it'll have to be done again. All my plans for the next couple of months will have to be put on hold. Just keep me in your prayers and we'll hope for the best!!
