Default Frankencart progress

making some progress on my 86/94 ezgo frankencart LMAO.. with out knowing what the stock rearend out of the 94 looked like i assume it was mounted on top of the leafs.. well the 86 rearend is now mounted underneath the leafs and seems to be a bit wider than what would come on the 94 stock.. gives it a nice wide stance in the rear...

well i finally got my wireless remote ignition system all sorted out.. turns out its easier to wire things when wires are labled properly.. but unfortunatly its too cold out side to install it..(pretty much everything in my pics have been removed)

How its gonna work.. well the solenoid needs 36v to activate and hold properly... soo this is what i did to eliminate the keyed igniton and help prevent theft... plus its pretty cool...

i have 3 switches with LED lights to confirm power to the 3 Relay packs..each relay provides 12v to the solenoid. i running 3 12volt trojan batts.. to esstentially start or arm the cart, u flip the 3 switchs ... each switch has a confirmation blue led above it to tell u that there is now power running to the corresponding relay pack.. the relay pack converts a momentary - plus to a constant 12v output... once u flip the switches i then hit 3 buttons on a wireless remote ( each button activates each relay pack).. power is then sent from the relay pack to the solenoid.. once all 3 are active the solenoid now has 36 volts so as soon as u hit the gas, bam ur off and running...

now power will continue to be sent from the relays to the solenoid as long as the switchs are on... once u flip the switch off it kills all power to the relay wich in turns kills power to the solenoid... and since u need teh remote to activate the cart it acts as a security/anti theft device.. . ill try and get pics of the harness i made for all this along with pics of the whole setup soon..

let me know what ya think of this..
