Stuck parking brake...2004 Precedent
Any suggestions on how to release a parking brake cable that appears to be stuck ? Left rear wheel won't turn...possibly a corroded cable...any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance !!!

Cut it loose from the brake mechanism with a cut-off wheel.
