Question about the Speed 5 code
I have a 2003 Club Cart Ds and it only goes about 12 MPH. From what I read that's because its at Speed Code 3. So I did some research and found that i can ether pay $100 to have my cart upgraded to speed code 5 that will go 19.5 MPH or I can play $130 to get a after market programmer that will make my cart got 30 MPH. So The question I have is the speed code 5 programmer legit or a scam?
