Club Car Onward wire kit question

Hi all. I’m installing an Alltrax 500 controller into a Club Car Onward. I also have an upgraded wire kit from DD Motors. I think I can figure out which wires replace what by the lengths, but the stock red positive wire that goes from the batteries to the selonoid has a small wire lead on each end. Not sure where they go. The wiring diagram says one is a Dc Dc converter lead. None of the replacement wires in the kit wires have these. Should I just plan to wire the leads directly once I replace that wire? For now I’m installing the controller without the upgraded wire kit but will be doing that part shortly.
