Do you notice any "tippyness" when you lift the golf carts? Any issue lifting them up all the way? |

Re: Hydraulic lift for DC golf cart
slonomo the lift works great. You just have to get it in the right place to be steady.

Re: Hydraulic lift for DC golf cart
I think I'm settled on the Ultimate Cycle Lift. Some of my main considerations are: 1. Portability 2. Storability 3. Lift height vs. floor jacks 4. Stability 5. Safety
I would go with a two post lift if it was portable and didn't need reinforced concrete to hold them up. Cost really isn't the biggest issue, but it is a concern. Most of the things I work on are small like golf carts, atv's, lawn tractors, etc. Right now I use my engine hoist and some lifting straps, not really ideal and not super safe. I do prop it up on some home made stands from time to time, but again, not super safe. Basically what I need is something quick, easy, that lifts high, safely, and can lift a variety of small vehicles and machinery. It looks like it would do the job. |
