I emailed that company and the guy said $1450 and the arms are 30" long. That's not nearly long enough to reach across a cart or atv. So I figured I'd have to add some length to the arms.

Do you notice any "tippyness" when you lift the golf carts? Any issue lifting them up all the way?

slonomo the lift works great. You just have to get it in the right place to be steady.

I think I'm settled on the Ultimate Cycle Lift. Some of my main considerations are: 1. Portability 2. Storability 3. Lift height vs. floor jacks 4. Stability 5. Safety

I would go with a two post lift if it was portable and didn't need reinforced concrete to hold them up. Cost really isn't the biggest issue, but it is a concern. Most of the things I work on are small like golf carts, atv's, lawn tractors, etc. Right now I use my engine hoist and some lifting straps, not really ideal and not super safe. I do prop it up on some home made stands from time to time, but again, not super safe.

Basically what I need is something quick, easy, that lifts high, safely, and can lift a variety of small vehicles and machinery. It looks like it would do the job.
