I just received a call from the shop it’s at and there was a ground wire touching voltage wire . Also a voltage wire touching the frame . So after the controller was rebuilt it ended up being a ground and voltage wire touching frame . Good luck with yours .

IMHO....Golf carts controllers must have INPUTs & OUTPUTS commonly call I/O.
Write down what your cart has, Key, F&R, Foot Pedal, Charger interlok, Brake,etc...
Use common sense & check out each circuit before moving on to the next. Find the manufacturer of the controller, look for the manual on line, verify That the pin outs are in the correct location, Yes alot of work but LOGIC can be your friend

Glad yours is running. Im still dead here. Ive replaced the key switch,fwd/rev switch, hall effects (pedal switch), parking brake switch, controller fixed. Cleaned all connections and checked the small solenoid as it came w a blk spot as someone tryed to put juice to it or something. Both solenoids are clicking. Only thing i can think is its got a bad wire some place.

Ok no such luck here. Still dead cart. I traced voltage from battery pack to top side of big solenoid. I have 49v to there. Voltage not going thru big solenoid to controller. I took top of solenoid cover off and held contacts down w a screwdriver and i get 49v going to controller and coming out of controller to motor but still no go. I tested motor w a 12v battery when I first got cart and motor turned over. Im stumped.
