Converted ignition switch to a higher security key set and changed the screws to square socket.

The result was great. No, it did not cover scratches or improve "dings" but the color was restored beyond my expectations. I mentioned that I was going to add the "Satin" over the basic Blak which is a flat finish. I tried a small section on the rear bumper and did not like the result. The slight sheen only emphasized all the imperfections in the plastic. On a new cart or one without scratches and dings I think the Satin would look good.

Installed new bushings on the leaf springs which were probably 25 years old.

I tore out all the old crappy battery metal and cut new aluminum angle; this allows me to mockup my Chevy Volt setup. Got new shocks installed and the motor; gonna start on the wiring harness next. Hoping to take the long weekend to get a little closer to finally getting to take this old gal for a ride!

I put this Froghead box on our new Onward :) And ordered front brakes that may take a year or so to come in. lol!
