Converted ignition switch to a higher security key set and changed the screws to square socket.

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Thank you! I don't mean to sound like I'm promoting or advertising this product. I am not. Just wanted to share my experience.
The result was great. No, it did not cover scratches or improve "dings" but the color was restored beyond my expectations. I mentioned that I was going to add the "Satin" over the basic Blak which is a flat finish. I tried a small section on the rear bumper and did not like the result. The slight sheen only emphasized all the imperfections in the plastic. On a new cart or one without scratches and dings I think the Satin would look good. |

Installed new bushings on the leaf springs which were probably 25 years old.

That's a great spot to put the USB. I wish I had done that now that I see yours.

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
I tore out all the old crappy battery metal and cut new aluminum angle; this allows me to mockup my Chevy Volt setup. Got new shocks installed and the motor; gonna start on the wiring harness next. Hoping to take the long weekend to get a little closer to finally getting to take this old gal for a ride!
