2000 DS not moving but solenoid clicks.
I have a 2000 club car ds lifted with 23inch tires. Navitas TSX 600 controller and an Admiral MOT-A1 motor. Batteries are 2 years old lead from sams.
Cart has been running fine until my wife got it stuck in the woods. She put in and forward and reverse a few times until one of the rear wheels dug a hole. She left it there and the next afternoon I went out there to retrieve the cart. I pushed the cart out of the hole and when I tried to moved it, all I get is the solenoid clicks and nothing. I connected to the controller using their app on my phone. Controller acted like everything is ok. States "waiting for foot pedal." When I press the pedal it says "driving." I checked for loose wires didn't see any. I jacked the rear end up to check the motor and it spins with 12v. Left the battery unplug over night and still the same thing. Checked voltage on the solenoid and I'm getting 51v. I checked the voltage at the motor and its 51v. The Navitas app is telling me I'm getting 4.99v at full throttle on the pedal. Everything in the app seems fine. What am I missing? I hoping someone can point out something that I missed. |
