Default Reverse Buzzer Alway On, Cart No Go

Got a 2010 Precedent Excel this morning.
Reverse buzzer stays on, unless switch is in tow.
When I press pedal ,no click, no go.
Not messed with sepex carts, don't know where to start.

On my old DS, I had the F-R switch lose contact in the switch. My cart wouldn't move or do anything (buzzer was not on though). I pulled all the leads off the switch, cleaned and cycled the contacts, and relanded the leads and it worked correctly. Do not know if that is your problem, just that it sounds similar to mine before.

Disconnected F/R switch, made no difference, buzzer stays on, even with switch disconnected.

Had the same thing happen at the shop if someone gets the F-R switch wet. it shorts them out and either you get lucky and it dries out or you have to replace the switch. pulling the wires won't fix it. it senses the same open circuit and makes the buzzer go off constantly, even in F.

Happens on DS also, if it's the later 2010-up models. Handheld sometimes displays a fault of 'Key Switch SRO' so the cart i guess assumes it's being turned on with the gas pedal held down. others might display 'direction fault'. some no faults at all.

Checked switch, no shorts.
Works like it should, no continuity in center position, continuity on 2 poles in position 1 and other pole in position 2.
Wish it were that simple.
From what I can gather, the controller activates the buzzer. Is that correct? Does anything else activate the buzzer?
I'm starting to lean towards a controller problem.
Is there any tests I can do?
Never worked on a sepex, all I can do is follow yall's suggestions.
Keep em comin.
Thanks,Muddog

When I press pedal, should solenoid click regardless of condition of OBC or controller?

On the Precedent the pedal switch is just another input to the controller, it does not engage the Solenoid directly.

If the reverse buzzer continues to sound even after you disconnected the FNR wires, the Controller is bad.

Thank you, Sergio.
From what I had read that was what I thought, but I was hoping it was something a little less costly.
This is the second controller to go bad in 6 months.
Is there something that could cause that to happen?
Should I replace solenoid as well?Replace anything else?
Thanks,Mike

That is unusual, did the other one fail in the same manner (stuck buzzer)?
