Default 2003 Club Car Pathway won't run.

I just bought a 2003 Club Car 48 volt Pathway serial number NQ0399. It is dead. Won't move. The charger seems to work just fine. The batteries show 51volts after charging overnight. The solenoid won't click unless I jump one small terminal to #6 battery negative. There is power at both large posts on the solenoid 51v on red and 48 on yellow. The power seems to be coming from the controller. The reverse beeper won't make any noise. I just ordered a manual. Won't have it for a few days. Any ideas on what I should check first. Thanks Sal

Yes it has a run/tow switch. And it is on run. Tried jumping the 2 large post and still won't run. Or click. I put a new solenoid on and still would not run or click.

When I bought this cart it was not running. The previous owner told me the batteries were bad. But they are one year old and check out fine. When the charger turns on it jumps up to 15amps. After about 10 hours it drops down to about 4amps. Then turn off by itself. The batteries read 51.1 volts.

this is starting to sound like a controller issue......i take it you looked for any fuses there might be and any wires loose or not hooked up? its odd you have no reverse buzzer...................................

Yes I checked the fuses. They are all good. Cleaned all battery terminal. Made sure all wires were tight. All looks to be good. Is there a way to check the controller before I buy one?

Un-Plug the 6 pin connector of the On-Board computer and carefully jump the Red pin to the Blue pin on the harness side, not the OBC side of the plug. This bypasses all functions of the OBC that have an effect on the car running. If it still won't run let me know. I'll explain how to check your MCOR.
