Re: California Roadster (Club Car running gear)
Well Golfcart guy...you win the prize...you were right! The parts were not OE Club Car and would not fit. Had to order from AGC (California Roadster) The parts I got from Revolution were OE and did not fit...silly millimeter off.😊

Re: California Roadster (Club Car running gear)
Post pictures of why they wouldn't fit and where you're seeing the extra millimeter. It's possible you may have the wrong bushings in your spindles. One of them is supposed to be flanged and the other isn't. If you have two non-flanged bushings it's possible to be off about a millimeter.

If you need parts for your cart, give us a call!
Although our carts look like a Club Car chassis, it actually isn't. The chassis is our own and made by us. If you need any part for your golf cart, we can provide it for you. |

Re: California Roadster (Club Car running gear)
I've already done that. I sold him some OEM kingpins and they didn't fit. Are you the manufacturer of the kit that's on his car? If so, do you have any input on what the differences might be between the OEM parts and your aftermarket kingpins?

Re: California Roadster (Club Car running gear)
Yes, we are the manufacturer of the whole cart. ACG cars are complete cars and not kits. I am not sure what the differences are in parts, but we can provide any part needed for an ACG cart.

Thanks |
