Late to the party here, but Holiday Travel Park VA Beach allows gas & electric.

We camp at Holiday Shores Campground and Resort In Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. They have cart rentals, parts and sales of used/newer carts. We love to cart there but they only allow electric. There are off site trails nearby for gas carts that love to get crazy. Other amenities include the pretty much untouched Wisconsin River for boating, fishing and relaxing on the beaches. You can camp in a tent or bring your million dollar diesel pusher. They also rent park models to accommodate large groups. I could go on and on. Here's a link.

I know this is an older thread but we just bought a new toy hauler so I just thought I'd bump it up and add a couple more.

And to add to my old post above, I think the website for Holiday Travel Park says no gas carts. But there sure are a lot of them there, so they don't enforce it.

Bailey's Point in Scottsville KY area is a great campground and golf cart friendly from what I see.

Lone oak campground in Cannon CT usually has a cart poker run around the campground during their Xmas in August weekend.
