![]() About 8 months ago I put an SR48500 controller, with a sw202 revers contactor, MZJ400A solenoid, left in stock motor. and left it 36V and never an issue. I swapped out to 6 8 volts yesterday and put on the larger resistor on solenoid, everything is clicking but the motor isn't moving showing voltage for motor. Any thoughts

![]() Go in throught the Alltrax toolkit and see where your overvoltage cut out is set. Yes the controller is good for the 48 volts, but settings matter too.

![]() The SR controller has a LED status light. It will flash a trouble code when the cart fails to go. What is that code? (1 red-5 green etc)
The fault code explanations are listed in the operators manual. |
