Need 4 speed
I finally recieved the pars and finished installing them on my cart lat night. It is a 90 Marathon that i converted to 48v with 8 New 6V batts. Upgraded to a GE 500 amp controller and 2/0 cables (I know they are overkill). It is not lifted and has 20" tires on it. It is a huge improvement over the stock cart. However, my brother-in-laws 0x PDS with the speed plug still eases away from me up a hill and top end. Looks like I will have to put a motor on it. It currently has the stock 2800 rpm 2 hp motor. Anyone have suggestions? I dont want to loose the torque but need more speed.

Re: Need 4 speed
I can buy a motor cheaper than wheels, tires and lift kit!
