Default Factory Service Manuals

Hey guys! I have ALL EZ-Go and Bad Boy Buggie Factory Service Manuals. I sell them for a nominal fee, $20. Let me know if I can help. Also, I am a Technician for EZ-Go and BadBoy Buggy, both Electric and Gas. Hit me up if you have questions.

Hey DG, I'll take you up on that. I've acquired an 09 BBB 'stretch'. 48v 4wd
it runs but to be sure I jacked it up on all four and found that the front only was working. Swapped the big wires and the rear did this herky jerky thing so I didn't think it was the motor. replaced the solenoid...wrong. Now I go test the small red and green wires and one shows 49volts the other two show 26 volts. Cleaned the posts on the two sevcon controllers, still the same. One controller has a green light that stays lit the other green light does not come on. Is there any other thing I can do? Maybe test the controller? I would like to take you up on one of those service manuals if you have one for this model..
thanks in advance. RR
