Talking 2003 Club Car dead

2003 Club Car dead, Batteries were getting low, cart got slow, and finally it stopped dead, left me on the course I installed new batteries and have 53 volts charged, Lights work, Backup beeper does'nt, solenoid, does'nt click,
F/R switch is a rocker switch, need help Thank You!:help

I did find out that my cart is 2003 Club Car Electric I.Q. 48 volt Sepex, can't find a book to help trouble shoot it.

A shot in the dark but, did you flip the run switch to tow before replacing the batteries? Sounds like no power to system. Using a voltmeter, can you see if you have power to the soenoid (key on / peddle depressed)?
