Hi guys and gals, Seney2 here, I have just finished fully restoring my Caroche.... I am located just outside Albany, NY

1971 Club Car "Caroche" 36 volt Golf Cart - Serial #K1598

EVERY INCH OF THIS CART HAS BEEN REBUILT WITH 2021 PARTS AND TECHNOLOGY!

Completely Rebuilt October 2021 with ALL NEW and up to date components.

This cart has been taken down to the bare frame and rebuilt with all BRAND NEW parts and a MODERN electrical drive system. The only thing that is 1971 is the frame and body. The aluminum frame has been acid bathed and is in great condition.

Very, very cool. I just picked up a caroche myself and have similar ideas for how I’m gonna build it… I’d be interested to know more about the motor setup. Is that a custom motor to use with that original rear end, or did you fab an adapter plate? How did you interface internal to external spline?

Also how did you change the throttle from microswitches to a pot for the controller?

The motor I ordered bolted right in. I also ordered a controller, wiring harness and pot box throttle from the same place. The conversion was VERY simple and a huge difference in performance. I'm not sure if I can post where I purchased the "kit" from. But if you private message me I will give you the contact info.

Cart has been updated to 48 volt with new 48 volt on board charger.\

Cart now runs 25+ mph.
