Either the new clutch has a lot torque to it, it is operating normal and your just not used to it, or the rear clutch is not opening the way it should. If you've never greased the rear clutch, put one pump only in it (grease fitting is located on the inner sheave around the triangle part).

thanks for the reply,
the rear clutch opens all the way and is a little bit "bent" but it still opens all the way.
i've had the rear apart 100 times , toque kit, shorter belt, upgrade ramp shoes, every thing except new sheaves.

it's like when you start up a hill from a dead stop it barley wants to go,like it has no power? i'm ready to just give up , have put in too mutch money, but i hate to turn back now and give up

Your problem is opposite from what I was thinking then. If your not getting any torque going up a hill, you do need to tune the clutch like Dooms posted above. And never give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
