Default PDS ITS Testing

Hey guys. I believe I have chased down a no go problem on an '05 PDS to the ITS. Black lead reads .9 and goes to 2.9 at activation. White starts out at 14.5 and goes to 13.8 at full throttle. This is with my tester neg at the Batt neg. Selonoid clicks but no go. Changed it with a new selonoid and got the same results. I have gone through several posts to resolve my problem and wanted to run this by you guys before I bought a new ITS. This is my first post on here. What do you guys think of these numbers? Time for a new ITS?
Thanks, Bob

One other piece to take note of is the spacing of the plunger (the first page of the pics from Scottyb). If the spacing is correct, it sounds like the ITS will need replaced.

I ordered an ITS. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks for the input.

I bet that cost a bunch? You can find used ones. It is pretty rare for one to go bad.

That price is about what I paid. Had to ORDER one. Local shops both told me the same thing, "those things almost never go out". All tests I have done lead me to the ITS. I'll know for sure in a couple days.

Hi guys! First time here. I think I'm having the same problem as Mr. Bob, except that my cart is not a PDS or DCS. I believe its a series cart. Would the voltage readings be the same? I went from 2.4 to 13.8 v at full throttle. Scotty B, would you have access to an 03'TXT for those numbers? I appreciate any help you can provide!
