Batteries only charging halfway
Just curious if anyone has any ideas. I have a rebuilt 98 EZGO cart with batteries less than a year old. Recently I've had issues with my cart not staying charged very long. I installed a navitas controller and it appears the issue may be that the batteries are only charging to 40 percent. Voltage on the batteries look good so I'm assuming it may be a bad charger.
I attached some diagnostic pics. |

Re: Batteries only charging halfway
The pictures are too small to read any text they contain.
What make/model batteries? What make/model Charger? What is the battery pack voltage 12 hours after charger shuts off? (Should be about 38.2V) What are the individual battery voltages? (Should be about 6.37V) What is telling you the batteries are 40% charged? What leads you to believe your cart isn't staying charged very long? |
