97 Club Car DS 36v electrical issues
Just got a new project from a friend it’s a 97 Club Car DS 36volt. I have been tinkering with it for awhile now and finally got to the charging system and after changing the solenoid, F/R, and the charging port for a crow foot charger as well as finding a good charger I found my problem. When I try to plug the charger into the cart the charging port arcs and send sparks out as well as burning up my crow foot. So I’m completely at a loss as to why this is happening I have the wiring diagram for the cart and have been running out all the wires and can’t seem to find anything wrong. So I’m here asking for some help if any one has had this issues or has an idea what I did wrong please point me in the right direction.
Thank y’all for the help and all the great info on here. |
