Default 2017 txt lithium charging issues

2017 txt with the factory lithium battery pack. It has the factory charger with it. When you plug it up it will not charge. Pack voltage is 38 volts on the battery but zero at the bms. Swapped the charger with known good, nothing. Swapped the bms with known good, nothing. Swapped the charger port with known good, nothing. What else would prevent it from charging? Cart will not run due to low voltage. Thank you guys for the help

Too low a voltage can prevent it from charging.

Correct. But according to the local dealer a lithium cart will charge as low as mid 20 volts. That still does not explain why there is voltage at the battery and not at the bms

Is there anywhere that can rebuild a BMS?

this will let you see if the BMS is reporting a fault to the charger when you plug it in.

Have you tried to trace down the current "break" with a Multimeter? I've found using a MM to play detective with produces where the culprit is located.
