Default DS light bar question

I installed a 22” 126v light bar and wanted to know if i need to also install a resistor? I have a 48-12 converter with normal headlights and a back light installed . When i turn all lights on including the light bar, it pops the 10 amp fuse. Can i just put a bigger fuse or should i install resistor? Thx!

Default Re: DS light bar question

Never put a fuse bigger than the rated capacity. Magic smoke will appear. You need a bigger converter or separate one for the bar.
