Give it a shot,I think I messed around with those,But for some reason I did not think it would work(I have CRS real bad!)Keep us posted!

i bought a 1986 parcar with the same conversion done,but it also doesnt charge. could use a wiring schematic to see what was done wrong on my cart,thanks

The solenoid switch idea is right on. I managed to get my old switch working again and in the hassle, I managed to figure out what it does. The soleniods solve it completely. It is amazing they go with that wimpy switch in the first place. By the way are they still in business???

My 94 Par car has the same problem with the FWD/RVS switch.INOP. I bought new from a supplyer in california on aug 2011. iworked a week, and now it don't. Aschematic would be great.

You might use one of the reversing solenoids from Surplus sales. Some where on this forum is the wiring diagram. It should be easy to find.
