Do you think the customer would do better with a gas powered cart instead of batteries?

I will look into the caps. However with the flip top that give them more room to fill LOL.

Gas is not an option. When I presented that to them the response was “Tghey will come tell me they are out of gas and just have a blank stare and not know what to do”

Challenging for sure. I have dealt with this customer for a long time and saved them thousands of dollars on there fleet of forklifts. Just hard to sometimes convince them I am right sometimes.

Discussed sealed batteries but they are too much, but they are aggravated with the problem.

OK I now know what I need. I need to find titanium terminals. Back when I was anodizing I used titanium plates that were used for hanging parts in the acid bath. The acid was a little weaker but that what the industry used. Now just to find them. I am sure they will be fun to crimp too

Are they using the fill jugs that cut off water when full?

You sir are a saint!!! WAAAAY more patience than me. I figure if someone is too stupid to be able to fill a battery properly and beat the cart to the point of damaging the batts and cables repeatedly, he's not worth my time.,

OK no Titanium terminals to be found they have to be manufactured. Think were gonna go with AGM batteries. Hope they hold up better!!!
