Exclamation Taillight repair help! [Precedent]

Hello,
As you can see here, I've had a slight malfunction with my taillight where the resistor got annihilated and seems to have taken the capacitor along with it.

I tested all the LEDs and they checked out fine, it's just the resistor and capacitor that are broken.
As you can probably tell by the title, I'd like to repair my taillights by replacing these two faulty parts. (I seriously can't justify wasting $47 a piece on new lights when I could just fix them myself).

Here is my other taillight- same problem, but the capacitor (circled in red) is OK. I just can't read what it says.

If anyone knows for sure the specs of the capacitor and resistor, I would greatly appreciate it.
If not (they'll be tricky to replace anyway) does anyone know if I can buy JUST the circuit board for these lights?

$94 is waaaay too much to spend on a busted resistor and some ash on the plastic, any help here is greatly appreciated.
