Default WTB: KF82 crank or worn out motor.

Thought I would check here before I end up purchasing a new crank.
I have a home for your old flathead you took out.
Thanks

The KF82 is a Kawasaki FZ340 9 HP motor. I am not sure if your 86 is that?
Maybe you have the newer 290 motor?
I also question the worth of these old motors, but if yours is the KF82 which may have this on the head. 0.341L 82G.D I am interested in it if the crank isn't broke.
LOL I guess it's a question of how much do you need to be interested in pulling it out and sending it to me?

Thanks

Ok, I'd like to know a little about it's condition before I make much of an offer.
It's in a cart. Does it run?

Thank You

i am also in the market for camshaft only i need just the gears. seems more economical to replace the whole shaft than just the gears? i found a place on ebay selling a brand new aftermarket cam for these motors for 145. anyone have any info on replacing just the gears is that possible?

Krazymatt, What I have seen on the net for these look like they are using plastic gears.
IDK yet the motor I have been working with has all iron gears.

The one I am working on is older and doesn't have plastic gears any where in it. Not that it is better as the crank broke instead of the plastic gears after running for a year with a few mods and no governor.
