Re: stock 92 36v cc
I have not had good luck with lifting CC 36v cars..... burnt resistors, broken v-glides.. etc.. and then to top it off speed problems...

Re: stock 92 36v cc
I have a 91 CC 36V Vglide that I have had 22 inch tires on for over a year and no problems and I get 16-17 mph

Re: stock 92 36v cc
Bigger tires would give you speed but take torque. As long as you dont' ride half pedal alot you should be ok. The problems starts when driving the carts slow or overloaded and then the resistor coils over heat. A few past customers have used HD soleniods instead of resistor coils, but it still can not handle the half pedal driving after awhile.

Re: stock 92 36v cc
the resistors are for slow speed driving they just disapsate the extra heat so if your driving normal or above normal you should be fine, what you need to watch for is the coils melting or the cables melting right at the resistor coils...............just a few things to keep your eyes on.............................................

Re: stock 92 36v cc
if you have a conroller cart you,ll have the V-glide with no resistor coils but if you don,t have a controller cart than you have a resistor cart with the V-glide so yes than you,ll have resistor coils....................you can,t miss them they sit behind the batteries and theres a series of 5 or so metel coils...................................

Re: stock 92 36v cc
I would lift it, i did mine with a v glide and resistors. Lost a lot of torque, so put a controller in it. Yours will do fine, you can always go bigger controller and 4 gauge wires later if you aren't happy with the performance.
