Default Clutch alignment video

I uploaded this video on youtube. Could anybody tell me if my clutches look aligned well? I went off roading the other day and a couple miles into it the secondary clutch gave out. I'm not sure if this was related to a misaligned belt? I replaced the clutch and went for a ride today, but the belt is squealing and the cart jerks when slowing down from a high speed.

Alignment looks okay. The belt is way to loose.

I was actually thinking the belt is too tight but its hard to tell from the video. When the cart is in gear and idling, it wants to move.
I forget how much play should be in the belt?

The belt seems to me to be loose like DS said or long. It looks like it is climbing way out of the secondary clutch. AND DON'T STAND IN LINE OF THOSE SPINNING CLUTCHS!

Around 1" of play. Your idle may be too high...

1'' total, up plus down , from where it sits normally? It should be tightened to just before the point when it wants to move the cart in gear, right?

Alignment look fine. The way I checked mine was to put a perfectly straight piece of not thick metal on the center of the driven clutch and make sure that it sits in the center of the drive clutch. Also what engine do you have? Is it the 13hp or 16hp Powermax? I have the 16hp and my gas tank looks way different, but only holds 1.7 gallons. My engine has been fine so far I have 600+ miles on it and it runs like new

The problem turned out to be a worn helix on the driven clutch. I put in the new style helix and a torque spring from CPP. Also changed the belt and adjusted the clutches. Now it feels like it will climb up the side of a mountain.

I've got the 13hp engines and they are all running great! They get the abuse too. I was playing in the pond with my EZGO today.
