Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Lithium swap last night on my 03 DS. Took about an 45 min to an hour. Removed old batteries last week and it was prepped and ready. I spent probably 4 hours research it before I cut any wires.

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Club Car Onward motor replacement today...19.1mph (max) to 29.5 mph today (full charge, factory lift, 20 inch tires at 20PSI on the road). Highspeed motor only 35-45 minutes installation in and out. In my opinion not bad for the money and fast enough for now.
