They include these ridiculous brackets (seen in the picture) to attach the roof to the support bars from the body, but I did not use them. I did initially install them...just following directions...but #1 they are terribly ugly, #2 it made the cart too tall to back out of the garage, and #3 they are not at all necessary.

The top structure is rigid and doesn't move or flop around, but it is light weight so it certainly cannot support any weight.
Good to know. I’m looking to replace mine soon and this has caught my eye a few times. I’d like a rack up too but worried the frame and the fabric its self.

There is another Amazon canvas top that I have seen some people with. It attaches to its frame with paracord or something. I liked this because I think the edge to edge coverage of the top looks much better.
Even if the frame was stronger, it is slightly arched, so a rack would not attach anyway.

That’s what I figured, don’t mind reinforcing some holes for the rack to fit, but I’m still on the search for something acceptable for our use. Still want good oooks but need the utilitarian part. Looking at under 48” wide and around 70” long type of rack, I’ll skin the bottom so it will be a shade cover too.

It is far from inexpensive, but the Modz Tower Top is really the only commercially available product that looks like it could support any weight. Even then, it is just thin walled tube, but the geometry suggests it could work.

That does look nice but a big ouch on the price. I have a factory rollbar so something needs to be fabricated which is t a problem.
