Kawasaki 13hp service manual FJ400D .pdf

I found a service manual for the 13hp motor. It's not exact to our motor such as added starter and governor, but pretty close. Looking for a parts list breakdown for this motor if anybody has one.
Someone mentioned somewhere about a 20hp version of this in something else? I want to try and research this for future upgrades. There is nothing out there now talking about upping power of this 13hp that I can find. Things like stronger valve springs etc.

Did you ever find a parts breakdown for this engine? I am looking for the carburetor float needle. Engine kept shutting down about a minute after starting. Checked the spark. good. Discovered the needle sticking in the fuel intake orifice. Once the bowl ran out of fuel the engine quit.
