Re: Precedent won’t go faster than 7mph
As others said, replace the speed sensor. An MCOR will not cause half speed like you're running but the speed sensor will.

Re: Precedent won’t go faster than 7mph
So I ordered a new high Speed sensor on Amazon and I went out for a ride and now I’m doing 15 tops ?? I faced the 4 circles towards the out side of the cart . Could these speed sensors on Amazon be crap? Or should I order from another site?

There should not be four circles on a speed sensor there could be four circles on a magnet did you get a magnet and a sensor or just a magnet

Re: Precedent won’t go faster than 7mph
So I listened to you guys returned the magnet with sensor back to Amazon, I went to my local Jeffrey Allen store and got a 102704901 magnet with sensor . Now my buzzer goes off if I move the cart still doing 15mph Just took the mcor out and I’m not sure if that’s the problem but It looks like it’s delaminating or it’s like that like that?going to try and get a used or new tomorrow.

Re: Precedent won’t go faster than 7mph
Sounds like you took out a " high speed" magnet and installed a standard one. The high speed magnet has fewer poles and tricks the controller into allowing the motor to spin faster. Fewer poles = fewer pulses so the controller doesn't see the true speed. If I remember correctly there is a controller setting for something like 14.8 mph. The fact the it now beeps when you try to push it and DOES do the approximately 15 mph tells us the speed sensor change did bring it out of limp mode. Swapping the MCOR will not make a difference.

Re: Precedent won’t go faster than 7mph
Thanks for all your help I swapped magnets and I’m back to 19mph. Jeffrey Allen sold me a stock sensor and magnet.
