Low beam headlights not working

I installed a headlight/tailight kit on my cart and the high beams are on weather the switch is in the low bea or high beam position. I orginally screwed up and hooked them to 48 volts, but have since hoked them to a votlage reducer and replaced the flasher box and both headlights.

What type of cart. Txt or rxv ? What brand lights factory or aftermarket.
Can you share light kit wire diagram? 😊
