How does the commutator look? Can't see it in your picture. You should also measure continuity between A1,A2 and F1,F2 with a multimeter.

Continuity test was ok before i've removed the motor, but can do it again. The commutator looks good so far, but couldn't get it out completely, both hex screws holding the bearing wouldn't come out...

Update

Connected the motor today in the cart to one external 12v battery, it runs and turns smooth, wow! So, the motor isn't the culprit. i'll hook up everything tomorrow and test it again...

I've wired everything back in the cart and It still won't run... so it's time for a new Alltrax controller, just ordered one by supporting the US economy...

Make sure you have the right field map for your motor and make sure that the controller is configured for YDRE throttle. The seller should do this. When installing it be very careful when inserting the multi-pin plug into the controller. It's easy to bend a pin and have it not work. Been there - done that. Other than that, installation should be easy. Follow the instructions and make sure you have disconnected one battery lead before starting the install. You will want to load the Alltrax software on a laptop so that you can monitor the controller when testing things. I have used the monitor function many times and it is handy to determine if things are working well during driving.

Right unit but it probably won't come configured for your motor.

I've read, controllers are prepared for stock motors, isn't the Hitachi motor not the only stock Version? I'll send them a message...

Thank you!

Make sure that it has the Hitachi field map installed. If not, you can get it from Alltrax customer support.

The GE controller in your cart appears to be for a Yamaha G22E not the YDRE.
The harness plug on a G22E will have 23 round pins arranged in three rows.
The plug on a YDRE will have 26 rectangular pins arranged in two rows.

You cannot replace a G22E controller with a YDRE controller. Count the pins in the harness connector to be sure you have ordered the correct replacement.

PS: A second look at the picture of your controller indicates that you may have a GE controller that FSIP modified to work in the YDRE and they also provided a harness adapter to connect the YDRE harness to the 23 pin socket on the controller. If so, you have ordered the correct controller you just need to dispense with the harness adapter.
