Default 89 easy go

I have a 89 cart and looking for info on rebuilding my steering rack which has a ton of free play? Also what is the best way to adjust the governor Lacking hi-speed. Runs good when first taking off. Thanks

Adjust the Gov from it's position in the buggy to a new position in the trash can It'll bring new life into it

Take the cable stop off of the Gov cable at the throttle lever is the easiest, then push the cable back into itself out of the way. The newest one I've done is an 88 but I think yours is the same

No, at the carb. Remove the Gov cable stop at the throttle lever on the carb
